You will engage directly with prospects, build partnerships, drive on-ground campaigns, and support business development initiatives across India. Key Responsibilities On-ground Promotion: Attend and represent Betanet at local events, industry seminars, networking meetups, and tech forums. Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients—especially local SMEs and mid-market enterprises—for services such as website/app development, cloud, hosting, and UI/UX solutions. Event Coordination: Plan and execute targeted field campaigns, webinars, workshops, and outreach events to showcase our integrated IT offerings. Collateral & Messaging Development: Provide input for marketing collaterals—such as brochures, presentations, and banners—tailored for field interactions. Partnership Outreach: Collaborate with local agencies, resellers, and referral networks to bolster lead pipelines. Market Insights: Gather intelligence on market needs, competitor activities, and regional demand—feeding data back to sharpen outreach. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, digital marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and follow-through. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROI, lead conversion, and engagement success metrics to refine strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile 2–5 years in field marketing, territory sales, or similar roles—especially within IT, digital solutions, or SaaS domains. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident representing Betanet in person. Familiarity with Betanet’s services (e.g., development, cloud, hosting, email marketing, UI/UX design) is a strong advantage Self-driven, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple field campaigns.
