Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Fruits & Vegetables We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our fresh vegetables and fruits. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and convincing society flat owners, restaurants, PGs, hotels, and other businesses to source their daily/weekly produce from us. Key Responsibilities:Visit residential societies, apartments, and gated communities to promote and secure bulk orders of vegetables and fruits. Approach restaurants, hotels, PGs, canteens, and catering businesses to pitch our products and services. Explain the benefits of sourcing from us (quality, freshness, price advantage, doorstep delivery, reliability). Negotiate pricing and close sales deals with clients. Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide feedback from the market to improve pricing, products, and services. Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and conversions. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients face-to-face. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
