Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at our company in Gujrat, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with clients, conducting product presentations, and closing deals within your assigned territory. You will be expected to identify and visit potential customers to promote our products/services, build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups, and meet or exceed sales targets. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and providing product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits will also be part of your role. Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial. You will need to maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Collaboration with the sales team to provide insights for business development will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of HSC education with 0-3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and travel frequently are key requirements. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office, as well as a good understanding of the assigned territory and market trends, are also necessary.
