Responsibilities: Promote and sell plots at Sree Laxmi Balaji Township to prospective customers. Identify potential buyers through field visits, lead generation, and networking. Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly to clients. Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers. Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the team leader/manager. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum +2 Intermediate (Graduates preferred). Experience: 6 months 1 year in real estate direct sales field sales. Languages: Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English . Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
