Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell plots at Sree Laxmi Balaji Township to prospective customers.
  • Identify potential buyers through field visits, lead generation, and networking.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly to clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum +2 Intermediate (Graduates preferred).
  • Experience: 6 months 1 year in real estate direct sales field sales.
  • Languages: Good communication skills in

    Telugu, Hindi, and English

  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
