Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation activities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Sales Execution and Negotiation:
Present company products and solutions to clients effectively, demonstrate product features, and address objections to close deals successfully. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor products, and services to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic selling. Provide feedback to management on market developments.
Record Maintenance and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals using CRM or internal reporting tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights for management review.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery of services, client onboarding, and follow-ups.
