Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive (BDE – Muradabad) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a passion for meeting clients, explaining services, and closing deals.

You will represent 4Fox Business Solution Pvt. Ltd., meet potential clients in Muradabad, and help expand our business network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits.
• Meet business owners, explain services (E-commerce growth, Digital Marketing, Amazon SPN services, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with clients to drive business opportunities.
• Pitch and present company offerings clearly and confidently.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and client support.
• Maintain daily reporting of meetings, visits, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Represent the company professionally during all field activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of E-commerce .
• Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
• Ability to explain services confidently and handle objections.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Smartphone with internet + willingness to travel locally.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented & disciplined.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
• 1+ year experience in field sales/business development.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
