Job Description

As a Field Sales Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading institutional and corporate partnerships for our Centers of Excellence (CoE) specializing in emerging technology domains such as Electric Vehicles, Solar Energy, Drones, Robotics, and Green Skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving B2B and institutional sales of CoE setups and training solutions in the assigned states. - Prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships with engineering and polytechnic institutions. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with policymakers, CSR heads, and university decision-makers. - Planning and executing regional outreach campaigns, demonstrations, and collaboration meetings. - Coordinating with the Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar teams for technical proposals, MoUs, and project execution. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and successful deal closures. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 5 years of proven field sales experience in the education, training, or technology sectors. - Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Demonstrate a passion for new technology domains and institutional collaboration. - Show strong accountability, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently across the southern region. - Engineering graduates will be given preference.
