We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team and drive the expansion of our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners in the hospitality and events sector, including hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, paying guest (PG) accommodations, and catering services. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships, this is your opportunity to contribute to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits, presentations, and demos to explain the benefits of registering on www.plutorooms.com.

Negotiate and close deals for registrations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for new registrations.

Collect market feedback and competitor insights to help improve our platform.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

Collaborate with the internal team for support on registrations and queries.


Requirements:


Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or B2B services sector (1-3 years preferred; freshers with enthusiasm welcome).

Strong knowledge of the local market for hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, PGs, and catering services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, with a target-driven mindset.

Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
