Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and understand customer requirements.
• Actively seek new business through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to present products and address their needs and concerns.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to promote company offerings.
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock and materials required for product demonstrations and client engagements.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively while handling customer objections and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve collective goals.
• Collect feedback from clients and prospects to assist in product and service improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and client management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events.
