Field Sales and Marketing Representative

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating a sales team, and achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit, hire, train, and onboard high-performing sales representatives. - Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data and metrics. - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews to senior management. - Identify underperforming areas and develop actionable plans for improvement. - Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of sales, field sales, or marketing experience. - Graduation in any stream. - Local candidate required. - Must have own bike and valid DL.
