Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, account management, and B2B sales, coupled with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
• Manage an assigned territory, ensuring effective territory management and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive upselling opportunities and account management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and account management practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
