Field Sales and Marketing Representative

We are now looking for Field Sales & Marketing Executives to join our Delhi team and strengthen our dealer and retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit markets, vendors, and shopkeepers across Delhi to promote and sell Worldtech products.
• Demonstrate car accessories and product features to vendors and retailers.
• Generate sales leads, secure new orders, and maintain strong follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing vendors and retailers.
• Coordinate with the back office, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support sales planning.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive accessories, spare parts, or related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in fieldwork and client interaction.
• Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
• Must be comfortable with daily travel and market visits within Delhi NCR.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
