The candidate must be a male professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth financial operations in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Invoicing Prepare accurate sales invoices for pumps, motors, and spares. Generate Proforma Invoices and e-way bills for dispatch. Handle export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, etc.). 2. Purchase & Payments Record supplier purchase invoices in Tally/ERP. Process and post bank/cash payment vouchers. Plan and prepare weekly supplier payment schedules. 3. Banking & Reconciliation Maintain and update daily bank balances. Manage bank transfers and monitor fund availability. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. 4. Collections & Receivables Update customer collections in Tally and Excel trackers. Prepare weekly collection planning reports. 5.
