We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in risk management and analysis. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize losses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and manage risks. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform risk decisions. Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to stakeholders. Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management.
