As a Mechanic Outreach and Onboarding personnel, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential mechanics for our company. In terms of training and support, you will conduct comprehensive training sessions for mechanics on effectively utilizing the app. Providing ongoing support to mechanics by promptly addressing their queries and concerns is crucial for ensuring their success on the platform. You will also be responsible for educating mechanics on our diverse range of auto spare parts, their suppliers, and competitive pricing. It will be essential to promote the advantages of purchasing from our company, with a focus on quality assurance and efficient delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with onboarded mechanics is vital. You will need to establish strong connections with mechanics and conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand their evolving needs and concerns. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the auto spare parts market in Chennai locations will be necessary for market analysis. You will be expected to analyze the competitive landscape and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge for our company.
