Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Field Representative position based in Malda. The Field Representative will be responsible for engaging with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to manage and grow partnerships within the region. Key responsibilities include promoting and distributing A&F products, ensuring smooth field operations, providing superior customer service, and conducting training sessions for distributor teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and expanding the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Field Service experience combined with an ability to travel and work on-site effectively
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Customer Service experience and the ability to address client needs and concerns with professionalism
• Experience with Training and mentoring distributor teams to ensure smooth operations
• Proven Sales acumen, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and develop strategies to expand the client base
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry and local market dynamics in West Bengal is advantageous
