Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Field Sales Representative. The role involves building relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. The representative will also be responsible for promoting A&F’s Yummy Mithila Makhana brand, addressing client needs, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue Ability to maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential leads Analytical and organizational skills to manage sales data and reporting efficiently Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet sales objectives Prior experience in FMCG sales or related fields is advantageous Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned region Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
