Wheeley is a leader in last-mile logistics, and we are growing fast! We need high-impact Field Recruiters to drive the rapid, high-volume hiring of our critical Delivery Boys/Riders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute non-stop, localized recruitment camps and job fairs for Delivery Boys.
2. Develop innovative sourcing tactics (local partners, referrals, market visits) to meet aggressive targets.
3. Manage screening, document verification, background checks, and seamless onboarding.
4. Collaborate daily with City Operations Managers to align hiring with immediate fleet needs.
Must-Haves:
1. Experience: 2-4 years in high-volume, field-level recruitment (logistics, Q-commerce, or gig economy experience is essential).
2. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated city/region.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal communication in local languages
4. Drive: Results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
