Job Title: Store Recruitment Executive (SRE) – Rider Hiring (Field Recruiter) Location: Delhi NCR (Gurugram / Delhi) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand) Company: Eternal HR Services Pvt. Ltd. Role: We are hiring a Store Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process for CityMall’s delivery riders. The role involves field recruitment, candidate screening, documentation, and onboarding, with a target of 30 new riders per month. Key Responsibilities: Source delivery rider candidates via local networks, job boards, walk-ins, and field activities. Conduct screening, document verification, and induction. Maintain hiring reports and meet monthly recruitment targets. Requirements: 10+2 or Graduate. 1–3 years of blue-collar/field hiring experience (logistics/e-commerce preferred). Strong local sourcing network and good communication skills.
