Field Sales Representative Job Description Field sales is an out-of-office job that involves going directly to the customers, actively engage them, and encourage purchases. The goal is to make more sales. The two job titles in field sales are field sales representative and field sales executive. In most cases, both mean the same thing, and their field sales job descriptions are the same.
