Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of delivery executives/partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or gig hiring and be adept at working towards targets and deadlines in fast - paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging and onboarding talent directly in the field. Key Responsibilites : . Talent Sourcing : Identifying and attract potential Delivery Boys/Bikers/Riders For Swiggy Instamart through various channels including Feild Visit, Jon fairs, Community outreach, Marketing activities and networking events. . Target Achievement: work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of Candidates. . Reporting : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges. Requirements : Experience : Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, Preferably in any Field Experience like Sales ,Marketing etc., Education : 10th, 12th and Any Graduates.
