Job Description

Conduct field visits and coordinate hiring drives across Delhi NCR. Source candidates through field recruitment, local vendors, job fairs, community centers, and direct walk-ins. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and coordination for onboarding and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline for ongoing requirements. Maintain detailed reports of recruitment activities and share updates with the HR team. Develop and maintain relationships with local referral agents, training institutes, and community networks. Work closely with line managers and HR team to understand the manpower plan. Support in orientation and initial training sessions if required.
