Role & responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for frontline/blue-collar roles within the e-commerce vertical.
• Conduct field sourcing activities through local mobilization, walk-in drives, job fairs, vendor partnerships, training institutes, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, verify documentation, and manage onboarding processes.
• Manage and track recruitment metrics (daily closures, no-show rates, joining ratio) and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations & Store/Hub Managers to forecast manpower needs, plan hiring drives, and ensure manpower readiness during peak seasons.
• Lead local branding initiatives to attract talent (WhatsApp groups, poster distribution, employer branding activities).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, ID creation, and background checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of field recruitment or blue-collar hiring, preferably in logistics, e-commerce or high-volume staffing.
• Strong field mobilization & sourcing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, OLX) and local networks.
• Basic data tracking & reporting attendance tracking (Excel/Sheets).

Other Requirements:

• Own two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred/required for field travel).
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geography.
• Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.
