📋 Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Field Recruiters to join our team. Your role will be to identify, approach, and recruit delivery partners for Delhivery. You’ll work on-ground to connect with candidates, explain job details, and help them complete the onboarding process.
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
📄 Benefits: ESI + PF + Incentives
🕒 Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers welcome!)
🧠 Required Skills:
✅ Good communication & convincing skills
✅ Basic knowledge of recruitment or field marketing
✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets
✅ Smartphone with internet access
✅ Positive attitude & willingness to travel locally
🎯 Responsibilities:
Source and onboard delivery executives in your assigned area
Conduct local drives & field visits for recruitment
Maintain candidate records and daily reporting
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams
