Job Title: Field Recruiter Location: [chennai] Job Type: Full-Time Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily focusing on sourcing and onboarding candidates for field-based roles. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, conducting field visits, and building strong candidate pipelines. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit candidates for various field-level positions. Conduct field visits to identify hiring needs and support recruitment drives. Build a strong network of potential candidates through job fairs, references, and local channels. Manage end-to-end recruitment: from candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, to joining. Maintain candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely closures. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong sourcing skills via field visits, social media, and local recruitment networks. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requirements. Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment purposes.
