Field Recruiter

Key responsibilities

Conduct field visits to recruit blue-collar workers, such as delivery bikers.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
Handle documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Monitor new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum 12th or Degree graduate preferred 6 Months to 4 Years of experience in Recruitment.
Experience in field recruitment, specifically with blue-collar hiring.
Experience in biker or delivery rider hiring is a plus.
Owning a bike is usually preferred for field activities. .
