Location: Nagaland (Full-time, field-based)

Compensation

Up to ₹70,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience

About the Role

This position involves hands-on work in renewable energy implementation across rural areas. The role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar mini-grids and agricultural processing systems while fostering strong community engagement. Candidates who can guide or train local teams will be given added preference, as field training plays an important part in project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain solar mini-grids and small agricultural machinery

• Monitor energy generation, usage, and system performance

• Engage with village communities to promote energy use and awareness

• Supervise or support field teams, ensuring quality and safety standards

• Provide on-site training or demonstrations for local workers where needed

• Coordinate with the regional management team for reports and targets

• Assistant Manager: B.Tech or M.Tech, 5+ years of experience, leadership and training ability, advanced reporting and system supervision
