Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Onboarding Executive based in Bhopal. The Field Onboarding Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. The role involves regular coordination and communication with various departments, scheduling onboarding activities, and providing support to new employees during their initial period with the organization. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with documentation and maintaining accurate onboarding records.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in HR or onboarding roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
