Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer based in Gurgaon. The Field Officer will be responsible for visiting customers to verify information, conducting loan verifications, and maintaining records of field operations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing queries, and ensuring adherence to operational processes and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with customers.
Ability to conduct field verifications and collect necessary data accurately and efficiently.
Organizational and record-keeping skills for maintaining detailed documentation of field activities.
Problem-solving capabilities to address customer queries and handle operational challenges.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with loan processes is a plus.
Flexibility to travel locally within the field assignment area.
Previous experience in financial services or field operations is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
