Job Title: Field Officer – JLG (Joint Liability Group)

Job Purpose:

As a Field Officer for JLG operations, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, forming Joint Liability Groups, conducting credit appraisals, and ensuring smooth disbursement and recovery of loans in assigned rural/semi-urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mobilize potential women borrowers in rural and semi-urban areas
• Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) as per company guidelines
• Conduct group training, verification, and credit appraisal
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and recovery collections
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve field-level issues
• Maintain documentation and update customer information regularly
• Follow company compliance, ethics, and credit policies
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update MIS systems
• Coordinate with the branch team and participate in regular review meetings

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 0–3 years in Microfinance or related fieldwork preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
