Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Merchandising Executive based in Hubli. The Field Merchandising Executive will be responsible for ensuring product visibility, maintaining inventory levels, and executing promotional activities in stores. The role involves regular visits to retail outlets, coordination with store managers, and ensuring that products are well-displayed and shelves are adequately stocked. The executive will also gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Merchandising, Marketing
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage
