Field Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Identify, approach, and onboard local businesses (shops, restaurants, service providers) to register on the app.

• Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide training and guidance to vendors about app usage, offers, and promotions.

• Field Sales & Marketing

• Plan and execute field campaigns

  to promote the app in local markets.
• Create awareness among business owners and customers.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors.

• Marketing Strategy & Launch

• Develop and implement strategies for app launch and ongoing marketing.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements.

• Team & Reporting

• Manage and guide field executives/part-time promoters if required.

• Report weekly progress on vendor acquisition and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 0.6-1 years of experience

  in field sales, vendor acquisition, or marketing (preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-ground operations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel locally for fieldwork.
