Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the student enrollment process across various districts in Punjab. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling college admissions, strong networking within the Punjab region, and a deep understanding of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive admissions campaigns and student enrollment activities across Punjab.
• Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and local institutions.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and admission-related events.
• Guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process.
• Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, academics, and administration.
• Track leads and convert inquiries into admissions through strategic follow-ups.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports to management.
• Ensure admissions targets are achieved within defined timelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to existing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Preference to MBA/Education/Marketing background).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in college/university admissions or academic outreach.
• Strong exposure to the Punjab education market and regional dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Confident public speaker and relationship-builder.
• Ability to travel extensively within Punjab.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
