About the Role

Field Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for promoting our products and services on-ground, generating leads, and building local partnerships that drive visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Approach local businesses, institutions, and potential partners for collaborations and lead generation.
• Distribute marketing materials and collect customer feedback from the field.
• Support local events, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain reports on visits, conversions, and weekly performance.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet regional targets.
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a bike and valid driving license (DL).

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong local knowledge of Bhubaneswar.

Compensation:

• Fixed Pay: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
• Variable Pay/Incentives: ₹10,000–₹20,000 based on performance
