Field Marketing Executive

Conduct on-field marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Visit potential customers, vendors, and distributors to generate leads and drive sales. Distribute promotional materials and explain product features to prospects. Organize and manage local events, stalls, and exhibitions for brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and channel partners. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support marketing strategy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and activations. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align field campaigns with business goals. Submit regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance. Ensure branding visibility at all touchpoints across the field location. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in field marketing or direct sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
