Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and field-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen the outreach and brand presence of our Child Development Centre (CDC). The role focuses on building partnerships, conducting field visits, organizing awareness activities, and increasing patient inquiries through offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to schools, pediatric clinics, hospitals, and communities for partnership building.
Create and maintain strong relationships with doctors, referral sources, and community organizations.
Promote therapy services and programs through offline channels.
Organize workshops, awareness camps, parent meetings, and community engagement programs.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in targeted locations.
Generate leads through ground activities and follow-ups.
Track field activities, maintain daily reports, and update management on progress.
Support centre-level events and outreach programs.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong field marketing and networking ability.
Confidence in meeting parents, schools, and healthcare professionals.
Good coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.
Self-driven, professional, and target-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
