Job Description

Job Description:

Conduct field marketing activities to promote company products in targeted areas.
Execute product demonstrations, events, and on-ground campaigns.
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and channel partners for product visibility.
Generate leads through field visits and convert them into qualified prospects.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper branding at partner locations.
Support sales team with field activations and consumer engagement programs.
Track marketing activity performance and report daily/weekly updates.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers and explain product value.
Knowledge of offline marketing, brand activation & BTL activities.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, willing to travel extensively.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in field marketing,sales (product-based experience preferred).
Freshers with strong communication can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
