Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out field marketing plans and promotional initiatives to enhance brand reach and generate quality leads.
• Act as a representative of SkillTyro at colleges, universities, job fairs, healthcare facilities, and various outreach events across Telangana.
• Interact with students, academic institutions, and prospective partners to spread awareness about healthcare training programs.
• Gather leads, inquiries, and feedback during field interactions, ensuring proper documentation and timely sharing with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Assist the sales team in meeting enrollment and partnership goals through targeted marketing support.
• Spot new opportunities for outreach and propose innovative marketing ideas to boost engagement.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and events.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit daily and weekly reports detailing field visits and marketing performance to the Marketing Manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, or related roles is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and open to frequent travel within Telangana.
• Driven by a passion for enhancing brand presence and contributing to organizational growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
