Field Marketing Associate

You will be joining our team as a Field Marketing Associate, where you will play a crucial role in executing on-ground marketing activities, representing our brand, and engaging with potential customers. This position is perfect for individuals who are full of energy, prefer working outdoors rather than in an office setting, and have a genuine passion for customer interaction and brand-building. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the execution of field campaigns such as product demos, exhibitions, kiosks, activations, etc. You will directly engage with customers to promote our products and generate leads, as well as distribute marketing materials like flyers, brochures, samples, and merchandise in specific target areas. It will be essential for you to coordinate effectively with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing event branding, setup, and teardown logistics efficiently, representing our brand at all events and field locations, and providing detailed reports on campaign performance, lead count, and field feedback to the marketing team. You will also be expected to support live social media updates and capture on-ground content.
