Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth workflow operations. The ideal candidate will act as a supervisor, managing teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Implement and improve operational processes to optimize productivity.
Ensure proper coordination between different departments and teams.
Handle resource planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Provide training and guidance to team members when needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in operations, supervision, or a similar role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
