Field Executive sales

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive in the building materials industry. Your main responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting a wide range of construction and building products. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities with contractors, architects, builders, and construction firms. It will be essential to maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management is crucial. You will conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Additionally, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals effectively are part of your role. You will coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to guarantee timely product delivery and provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager. To qualify for this role, a background in Marketing or related field is preferred. You should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in building materials or the construction sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. Knowledge of the local market and customer base in the construction industry is advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
