Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the building materials industry, your role will involve generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling a variety of construction and building products. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, builders, and construction firms. - Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management. - Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. - Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and effectively close deals. - Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products. - Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager. Qualifications Required: - Marketing, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Knowledge of the local market and customer base in the construction industry is a plus. This full-time position requires you to work during the day, fixed or morning shifts at the in-person work location. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.,
