Job Description

As a proactive and dynamic Field Specialist based in Jamshedpur, your role will involve driving on-ground marketing, product awareness, and operator onboarding for our digital platform in the heavy equipment industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with heavy equipment operators and owner-operators to onboard them onto the EQUIP9 mobile app platform. - Conducting in-field sessions to introduce our platform, explain features, and drive app downloads and active usage. - Planning and executing localized marketing campaigns to promote the brand and increase platform adoption in targeted regions. - Building strong relationships with equipment operators and owner-operators to encourage long-term engagement. - Partnering with technical and operator training institutes to introduce our app to upcoming operators and generate awareness early in their careers. - Designing and implementing Operator Relationship Activities (ORA) and Market Reach Activities (MRA) to improve engagement and market penetration. Qualifications required for this role include: - Fresher to 6 months of experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with blue-collar audiences. - Strong reporting and analytical skills. - Graduate or Diploma holder (Any stream).
