We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Specialist based in Jamshedpur to drive on-ground marketing, product awareness, and operator onboarding for our digital platform. As the ideal candidate, you will be tasked with expanding our reach in the heavy equipment industry by engaging directly with operators, owner-operators, and training institutes. Your primary goal will be to help build a strong and loyal user base for our platform. Your responsibilities will include engaging with heavy equipment operators and owner-operators to onboard them onto the EQUIP9 mobile app platform. You will conduct in-field sessions to introduce the platform, explain its features, and drive app downloads and active usage. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing localized marketing campaigns to promote the brand and increase platform adoption in targeted regions. Building strong relationships with equipment operators and owner-operators to encourage long-term engagement will be crucial. Furthermore, you will partner with technical and operator training institutes to introduce our app to upcoming operators and generate awareness early in their careers. Designing and implementing Operator Relationship Activities (ORA) and Market Reach Activities (MRA) to improve engagement and market penetration will also be part of your role. The qualifications we are looking for include individuals who are fresher to 6 months of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with blue-collar audiences, are essential. Strong reporting and analytical skills are also required.
