Client Servicing:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and brief them accurately to the creative and production teams. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project timelines. Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and updates. Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Handle queries, complaints, or changes in a professional and timely manner. Production Management:Plan, coordinate, and oversee production schedules for events, activations, promotions, or campaigns. Liaise with vendors, fabricators, printers, and other suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality. Conduct site visits, venue recces, and technical checks. Supervise on-ground setup, event execution, and dismantling. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Maintain inventory of production materials and equipment.
