Role Description

The Field Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhattisgarh, India. Responsibilities include conducting field investigations, assisting in credit underwriting, handling loan account collections, and aiding business sourcing for secured and unsecured loans. The role also involves interacting with clients on-site, ensuring compliance with company processes, and reporting on daily operational activities. Field Executives are expected to maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, particularly in credit underwriting and field investigation activities
• DRA Certified is mandatory
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse client profiles
• Experience in loan account management, including account collection, recovery, and legal processes
• Ability to manage tasks related to business sourcing for both secured and unsecured loans, ensuring targets are met
• Familiarity with CRM tools and technology used in telecalling and on-field processes
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in finance, collections, or related industries
• Knowledge of Chhattisgarh's local areas and languages is an advantage
