Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Graduate to join our team as a Field Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, supervising installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, field experience, and excellent communication to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during operations and maintenance.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during fieldwork.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications.
• Support the design and modification of mechanical components and systems as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely availability of materials and tools.
• Travel frequently to client sites within Coimbatore, Erode, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience in a field engineering or site supervision role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
• Willingness to travel frequently within designated locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
