Job Description

EXP - 2- 4 Years

Location : Mumbai Western , Chennai

For Freshers : Only Chennai

Work Mode : 6 days working with rotational shift

Travel Allowance provided

Field Engineer JD

Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows 7/10/11) and software applications.
Troubleshoot hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to users across different locations.
Configure and maintain network components such as LAN, IP configuration, DNS, and DHCP.
Join systems to domain and manage user access permissions.
Configure MS Outlook and Office 365 applications, including email backup and recovery.
Support antivirus installation, updates, and malware removal.
Handle installation and troubleshooting of network and local printers.
Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and service records.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide end-user training on basic system operations and IT best practices.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection policies.
