Field Calibration / Validation Engineer- Tractor

• Hands on experience with Calibration tools including ETAS + INCA
• Hands on experience with field data logging tools – Vector tool
• Expertise in CRDI Engine/DOC/DPF/SCR/vehicle functions/ dataset management
• Good knowledge of Indian and European Regulation standards for engine / vehicle (IS 12207:2008)
• Knowledge of analysis tools like Concerto, MDA, Uniplot, etc
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field testing or a related role.
• Familiarity with tractor design, functionality, and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks.

· Ready to work in PAN India

· Conduct field tests: Plan, execute, and document field tests on tractors to evaluate performance, durability, and reliability

· Collaborate with teams: Coordinate with cross-function team (Testing Calibration, design, Quality, manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues and seamless executions.

· Reporting and documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test results, findings, and recommendations

· Data collection and analysis: Collect and analyze data from field tests, identifying trends, and areas for improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
